Anna Aebker completed her Chiropody training at The Michener Institute in 2012 and is licensed under the Chiropody Act with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. Prior to attending chiropody school she completed an honours degree in Human Kinetics from The University of Windsor and a Paramedic Diploma from Humber College. While attending the University of Windsor she was a varsity athlete competing for the Lancers for 4 years as a middle and long distance running specialist. Prior to working as a Chiropodist, she was a practicing Paramedic with York Region EMS. Anna has diverse experience with clients in both community healthcare and private practice.. Passionate about holistic wellness, Jenavieve’s journey began as a varsity soccer player at Brock University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During this time, she completed an internship as a student therapist, working closely with athletic teams both in the clinic and on the field. This experience inspired her to become a certified Personal Training Specialist through Canfitpro, with a primary focus on training women—catering to everyone from beginners to moms and athletes to enhance their quality of life. Jenavieve had the transformative opportunity to instruct a variety of wellness classes abroad with Yacht Week in Greece, Croatia, and Tahiti, which included yoga, HIIT workouts, meditation, breathwork, and group runs. Jenna Antonakos is a board-certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who is excited to bring a holistic patient-centred approach to care. Embracing a fully integrated osteopathic model in her assessment and treatment, Jenna believes in integrating the body, mind and spirit using collective mechanics and osteopathic principles to guide treatment and optimize patient well-being. Completing a four-year professional training program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, Jenna has over 4200 hours of clinical hands-on practice and comprehensive knowledge in clinical anatomy and physiology.

Beyond her practice, Jenna also brings her positive energy and expertise as head trainer at F45 Toronto Downtown and has a passion for motivating, encouraging, and uplifting people to achieve optimal health and mobility. Michelle is a proud mother of two university-aged daughters. She became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2011 when she decided to stay home to raise her girls and take her love of fitness to a new level. Michelle has always been interested in being fit and healthy, from playing sports in high school, to organized fitness programs in university, then running two marathons, several half marathons and many triathlons. Just prior to “retiring”, Michelle became involved in CrossFit which became her new fitness love and began competing in the CrossFit Open and qualified for her first Masters Qualifier in 2015. Since then she has competed in the Masters Qualifiers 5 times, placing top 20 in Canada 4 times. In 2015 a friend convinced Michelle to take on the challenge of the Spartan Ultra Beast (29 mile obstacle course) in Killington, Vermont where she finished 4th for women, some 12 hours later! While being fit is important, so is taking preventative measures to stay injury-free. Michelle decided to couple her personal training with Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and became certified in 2017. FST is a unique and complementary system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the muscles and connective tissue that surround and encompass the joints. This comprehensive approach not only provides immediate pain relief and a drastic increase in mobility, it also relieves anxiety by resetting the nervous system. Dr. Ali Hadi graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences degree from McMaster University in 2009. His passion and keen interest for health and athletics led him towards CMCC where he went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2013. Over the past decade, Dr. Hadi has treated athletes across diverse sports organizations, showcasing his expertise in multifaceted roles. Currently, he is the team doctor for Cricket Canada and just completed his stint with them at the 2024 T20 Cricket World Cup. Notably, he spearheaded chiropractic care at the Global T20 Cricket Tournament in July 2023 & 2024, catering to players both on and off the field. Prior to this, he diligently served as the chiropractor for the Brampton Beast hockey team in the ECHL from 2014 to 2020. He was also the lead medical practitioner in the PanAm games in 2015 extending care to athletes from diverse disciplines. Currently, as an owner at PEAC Health, Dr. Hadi consistently tends to athletes of all tiers across various sports. To continue to provide better care for his patients he has sought out certifications in Active Release Techniques®, Shift Concussion Management, and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University.

Dr. Hadi uses a personalized approach towards sports injury therapy. He treats from a functional and biomechanical perspective and highly believes in patient education. He successfully adopts an individualistic treatment approach for every one of his patients combining techniques including joint manipulation, physical therapy, Active Release Techniques®, medical acupuncture, kinesiology taping, rehabilitation, and electro-modalities. Started my PT journey at York University where I graduated with a BA in Kinesiology, followed by an MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. I developed my love for movement and sport at a young age playing a multitude of sports and continuing today with a social media dance page with two of my closest friends in addition to weightlifting, tennis and golf in my free time.

I like to bring a personalized approach to treatment and recognize that we are all unique as individuals. I enjoy treating individuals of all ages and fitness levels and have gained experience working with a variety of individuals through clinical experience. My treatment approach combines manual therapy, education as well as patient-centered exercise and movement.

Mario is a graduate of McMaster’s MSc. of Physiotherapy program. Since graduating Mario has demonstrated a keen interest and preference for orthopaedic/musculoskeletal physiotherapy and engaged in several courses to add to his skillset, including taping, acupuncture, and manual therapy-related courses. He loves working with young children to older adults, including the sedentary, the weekend warrior, and the high level athlete. Additionally, Mario is a (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and has previously worked at F45 as a coach, and loves incorporating exercise in his clients’ rehab.
